Could you be Scotland's next Oyster Shucking Champion?
Stranraer Oyster Festival will host the 2024 Scottish Oyster Shucking Championships on Saturday 14th September. You'll race against the clock and against other industry professionals to open a platter of Loch Ryan native oysters. Marks will be awarded on the speed of opening, technique and presentation, which means it's not always the fastest shucker who triumphs!
